I LOVE Align!! I can't say enough about this studio... it's cute, it's FUN, it's a community/family, and it's a WORKout!! Alexa (and the team) are amazing!! I've taken all of the classes and you get an amazing workout from each of them. Not only am I working to strengthen and tone, but many of my aches and pains have gone away. To top it all off, I have made some great friends and have opened my eyes to other activities outside of pilates with this group. I highly recommend Align - you won't be disappointed!
