Service Description

A Pilates-based class with an emphasis on releasing tension and improving flexibility, filled with all of the stretches we love. To top it off, this class also incorporates sound healing using crystal quartz bowls to help align and ground your energy. The perfect way to unwind and restore at the end of your week!

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours in advanced. Late cancellation or no-show will result in loss of 1 credit/session or a $15 fee for unlimited membership holders. If the cancellation window is closed, please message via email or app in order to provide the spot for a waitlisted student.
