Service Description

Awaken and align your mind and body through the powerful vibrational properties of sound. This class includes light yoga followed by a guided meditation using various tools including crystal quartz bowls, gongs, chimes and more. Yoga mats and props are provided, but feel free to bring anything you’d like to add comfort.
