Service Description
Awaken and align your mind and body through the powerful vibrational properties of sound. This class includes light yoga followed by a guided meditation using various tools including crystal quartz bowls, gongs, chimes and more. Please bring a yoga mat and any other props needed to be comfortable (bolster, eye pillow, blanket, etc.).
