The Tower is an apparatus that is attached to the Reformer, along with a mat conversion that allows you to move your body entirely different than on the Pilates Reformer. Individuals will sit, stand or lie down on a mat and work with resistive springs that are attached to the Tower, working those small muscles of the body to create balance and tone through each muscle. A class for all levels!
