Service Description

Utilizing the technique of Joseph Pilates, our Pilates classes integrate strength and endurance of all major muscle groups as well as small muscles to create toned legs, sculpted arms, improved posture and strong core. Pilates 1 is great for beginners or anyone looking to focus on perfecting the basics, and Pilates 2 is recommended for the intermediate/advanced student focusing more on accelerated, coordination- based exercises. Classes are small, intimate and tailored to fit your needs no matter which one you choose.
