Utilizing the technique of Joseph Pilates, our Pilates classes integrate control and endurance of all muscle groups to create strength, improved posture, increased flexibility and more. Pilates 1 is great for beginners or anyone looking to focus on perfecting the basics, and Pilates 2 is recommended for the intermediate/advanced student focusing more on accelerated, coordination- based exercises. Classes are small, intimate and tailored to fit your needs no matter which one you choose.
