Service Description
Utilizing the technique of Joseph Pilates, our Pilates classes integrate control and endurance of all muscle groups to create strength, improved posture, increased flexibility and more. Pilates 1 is great for beginners or anyone looking to focus on perfecting the basics, and Pilates 2 is recommended for the intermediate/advanced student focusing more on accelerated, coordination- based exercises. Classes are small, intimate and tailored to fit your needs no matter which one you choose.

Cancellation Policy
Please cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours in advanced. Late cancellation or no-show will result in loss of 1 credit/session or fee for unlimited membership holders. If the cancellation window is closed, please message via email or app in order to provide the spot for a waitlisted student.
