About the event
200- Hour Mat + Reformer Program ($3200)
Join our comprehensive 6- week 200-hour teacher training program designed to equip you with the knowledge and confidence to teach both mat and reformer Pilates. This immersive training powered by Pilates Education Institute (PEI) and Align Pilates & Wellness covers Pilates principles, functional anatomy, effective use of props, teaching special populations, and how to create and lead intelligent, engaging sequences for both Mat and Reformer. Perfect for aspiring instructors or those looking to deepen their practice and teaching skills.
Tuition includes:
In-person lectures: April 28th- June 6th
Tuesday/Thursdays 6-9pm and Saturdays 1-5pm
Comprehensive study of Pilates principles and methodology
Detailed functional anatomy for movement and teaching
Mat and reformer repertoire (beginner to advanced levels)
Use of props to support, challenge, and enhance exercises
Modifications and programming for special populations
Sequencing strategies for effective and engaging classes
Practice teaching with feedback and mentorship
Observation and self-practice hours
Teaching tools, cueing techniques, and group class design
Both online and physical workbooks
Final assessment and certifications upon completion
Unlimited classes during 6 week training.
50-Hour Tower Pilates Training ($1200)
Enhance your skill set with our additional 50-hour Tower Pilates module, focusing on the unique benefits, repertoire, and safety considerations of the Tower apparatus. This add-on is perfect for those looking to broaden their teaching capabilities and offer more variety in both private and group settings.
In person lectures: Two weekends, Sat/Sun 1-5pm- Dates TBA
Tuition includes unlimited classes during 2 week training, and discounted unlimited membership for 6 months after training.
Prerequisites: Completion of a Mat and/or Reformer Pilates certification or equivalent experience.
Combine both programs for $400 off!

Expand your teaching skills with our Pilates Tower Teacher Training, a 50-hour program designed for certified instructors and advanced practitioners. This training covers Tower equipment setup, safety, foundational to intermediate exercises, creative sequencing, and how to effectively integrate the Tower into private and group sessions. Meeting dates: Dec. 6/7 and Dec. 13/14.
